Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAIAP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, PDCD4, and Rab25. Each is linked with BAIAP2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2L1 results are reported.
