BAIAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAIAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AATK, RAPGEFL1, and H3-3B. Each is linked with BAIAP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAIAP2 versus AATK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
