BAIAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAIAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAIAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4470, BRPF1, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with BAIAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4470 grouped by BAIAP2-low versus BAIAP2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
