BAIAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAIAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAIAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H12, MS4A10, and AVP. Each is linked with BAIAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAIAP2-to-partner and partner-to-BAIAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H12 grouped by BAIAP2-low versus BAIAP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAIAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAIAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
