BAHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, 4E-BP1, and eIF4G. Each is linked with BAHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAHD1-to-partner and partner-to-BAHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by BAHD1-low versus BAHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
