BAG5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,143 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, AKT1, and FKBP3. Each is linked with BAG5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG5-to-partner and partner-to-BAG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAG5 versus CDC42BPB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
