Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with BAG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG5-to-partner and partner-to-BAG5 results are reported.
