Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,128 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein refolding, Vesicle tethering, and Negative regulation of protein folding. Each is linked with BAG5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG5-to-partner and partner-to-BAG5 results are reported.
