BAG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,015 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD3, PLPBP, and DDHD2. Each is linked with BAG4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG4-to-partner and partner-to-BAG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAG4 versus NSD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
