Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,572 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASH2L, BRF2, and PLPBP. Each is linked with BAG4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG4-to-partner and partner-to-BAG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAG4 versus ASH2L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
