Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with BAG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG4-to-partner and partner-to-BAG4 results are reported.
