Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,943 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interkinetic nuclear migration, Protein localization to chromosome, and Protein-DNA complex assembly. Each is linked with BAG4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG4-to-partner and partner-to-BAG4 results are reported.
