BAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIT3, UTS2, and ACTN1. Each is linked with BAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG1-to-partner and partner-to-BAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDIT3 grouped by BAG1-low versus BAG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
