BAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are beta-Catenin, Rb_pS807_S811, and ATM. Each is linked with BAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAG1-to-partner and partner-to-BAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, beta-Catenin grouped by BAG1-low versus BAG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
