BACH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, CACNA2D1, and SARM1. Each is linked with BACH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACH2 versus RBM47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
