Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,740 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF660, TMEM169, and GRID1. Each is linked with BACH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH2 results are reported.
