Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1B2, ZNHIT3, and ZWINT. Each is linked with BACH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP1B2 grouped by BACH2-low versus BACH2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
