Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, TFRC, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with BACH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by BACH2-low versus BACH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
