Across TCGA cell cohorts, BACH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,417 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with BACH2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription grouped by BACH2-low versus BACH2-high in STOMACH.
