Across TCGA cell cohorts, BACH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,514 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MASTL, OPN4, and HAUS2. Each is linked with BACH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACH2-to-partner and partner-to-BACH2 results are reported.
