Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEMIP2, P4HA2, and AGR2. Each is linked with BACE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE2-to-partner and partner-to-BACE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BACE2 versus CEMIP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
