BACE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with BACE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE2-to-partner and partner-to-BACE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by BACE2-low versus BACE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
