Across TCGA cell cohorts, BACE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,603 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heme transport, Viral protein processing, and Striated muscle contraction. Each is linked with BACE2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE2-to-partner and partner-to-BACE2 results are reported.
