BACE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BACE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 931 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C12orf40, and OR2H1. Each is linked with BACE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE2-to-partner and partner-to-BACE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by BACE2-low versus BACE2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
