BACE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,688 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BACE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B, COL1A1, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with BACE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE1-to-partner and partner-to-BACE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
