Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BACE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,177 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BACE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUX2, GNMT, and GUCA1C. Each is linked with BACE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BACE1-to-partner and partner-to-BACE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BACE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BACE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
