BABAM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BABAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,248 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBKS, STAMBP, and STT3B. Each is linked with BABAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM2-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BABAM2 versus RBKS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
