Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BABAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BABAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAI2, FCHO1, and SAE1. Each is linked with BABAM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM2-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BABAM2 versus SNAI2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
