BABAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BABAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM22, TUBA1B, and PANK4. Each is linked with BABAM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM2-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM22 grouped by BABAM2-low versus BABAM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
