Across TCGA cell cohorts, BABAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,922 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBKS, MRPL33, and HADHB. Each is linked with BABAM2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM2-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM2 results are reported.
