Across TCGA cell cohorts, BABAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,557 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-beta T cell lineage commitment, Aminoglycan catabolic process, and DNA replication proofreading. Each is linked with BABAM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM2-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM2 results are reported.
