BABAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BABAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,605 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1, GATAD2A, and XAB2. Each is linked with BABAM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM1-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BABAM1 versus DNMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
