BABAM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BABAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,280 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYOX1L, HEMK1, and MVB12A. Each is linked with BABAM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM1-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BABAM1 versus PCYOX1L in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
