BABAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BABAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BABAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC4P1, RNA5SP413, and WFDC9. Each is linked with BABAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM1-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLIC4P1 grouped by BABAM1-low versus BABAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
