Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BABAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BABAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGC, ENPP6, and SSMEM1. Each is linked with BABAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BABAM1-to-partner and partner-to-BABAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGC grouped by BABAM1-low versus BABAM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BABAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BABAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
