B4GAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP1, DOK3, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with B4GAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GAT1-to-partner and partner-to-B4GAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, B4GAT1 versus STXBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
