Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with B4GALT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT7-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT7 results are reported.
