Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,215 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with B4GALT7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT7-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT7 results are reported.
