Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 571 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macrophage differentiation, Negative regulation of innate immune response, and Positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with B4GALT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT7-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of macrophage differentiation grouped by B4GALT7-low versus B4GALT7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
