The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher B4GALT6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B4GALT6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where B4GALT6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
