Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAFA1, CENPVL3, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with B4GALT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT6-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAFA1 grouped by B4GALT6-low versus B4GALT6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
