B4GALT4-AS1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, B4GALT4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated B4GALT4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher B4GALT4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B4GALT4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.

ACC, DLBC, and KIRC are the cancer types where B4GALT4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
