Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 782 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-980P, RNA5SP261, and TAAR1. Each is linked with B4GALT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-980P grouped by B4GALT2-low versus B4GALT2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
