Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,063 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, Protein localization to microtubule plus-end, and Protein localization to microtubule end. Each is linked with B4GALT2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT2 results are reported.
