Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible B4GALT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, SCGB1C2, and CFHR2. Each is linked with B4GALT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT2-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by B4GALT2-low versus B4GALT2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (B4GALT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→B4GALT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
