Across TCGA patient cohorts, B4GALT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ASNS, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with B4GALT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT1-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT1 results are reported.
