Across TCGA cell cohorts, B4GALT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,375 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible B4GALT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lactose metabolic process, Viral process, and Viral life cycle. Each is linked with B4GALT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B4GALT1-to-partner and partner-to-B4GALT1 results are reported.
