Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, B4GALNT2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated B4GALNT2P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher B4GALNT2P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated B4GALNT2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, OV, and BRCA are the cancer types where B4GALNT2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
