The most reproducible B3GNTL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of epinephrine secretion, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with B3GNTL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNTL1-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNTL1 results are reported.
