The most reproducible B3GNT8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Cell-cell adhesion mediated by cadherin, and Cellular response to alcohol. Each is linked with B3GNT8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both B3GNT8-to-partner and partner-to-B3GNT8 results are reported.
